Dryer (M-02) is the ideal drying equipment for oxygen tube manufacturers and repairing factories.

System dries 4 oxygen tubes at the same time within 30 min.

Dryer (M-02) is equipped with an alarm system which enables the operator to work in another production flow.

Dryer (M-02) can be used by oxygen tube and co2 cylinder manufacturers for inside drying of all types of big cylinders that has been tested under water pressure.

It is the ideal drying equipment for oxygen tube and co2 tube manufacturers and repairing factories.

This drying machine is designed and produced by our company on the basis of electrothermal blowing and drying principle.

Drying is performed by a temperature adjustable heater fan at 4 drying stations with interchangeable receiving lugs fitted acc. to different cyclinder sizes. System dries 4 oxygen tubes at the same time.

Dryer (M-02) machine equipped with an alarm system. By the advantage of this alarm system operator can work in another production flow while the drying machine working.

The machine heats the cylinder up to 160 degree then it starts to cool down. When the drying operation finishes, an alarm rings loudly.

The drying capacity depends largely on the inner surface and the volume of the cylinder.

As the wall thickness of the oxygen tube is higher than the fire extinguisher cylinder, drying period takes more time. The period ends within 30 min.
