Hydro Test (M-03) provides the opportunity to realize the hydrostatic pressure tests electronically of the various fire extinguisher cylinders and oxygen tubes.

Hydro Test (M-03) is used for the pressure testing of four cylinders with a test pressure up to 500 bar. Pressure testing is necessary to ensure safety by testing

the cylinder regularly. Various specifically regulations and standards for each country have to be observed.

This machine has two different functions (Small volume and High volume). This allows testing various type of cylinders.

The machine equipped with a mecanically driven high pressure pump. The water is fed directly out of the main. Test cylinders are filled completely with water by means of the main water pressure. The roll front should be closed after water is running out without any bubbles. After closing the roll front, you can press the "start" button. After reaching the test pressure, the pressure transformer is cut off by a pre adjust contact switch at the pressure gauge. As the system is working mechanically, machine use only water. (Oil free system).

Hydro Test (M-03) is equipped with dual security mecanism. The machine stops automatically when a problem accurs. Also emergency button is attached to the machine. If there is a problem operator can press it manually to stop the machine.

A computer system is attached to Hydro Test (M-03). So the customer can easily take computer outputs for every four tests. System will give reporting opportunities. By the advantage of this special feature, testing operation can be controlled easier, efficiently and faster.

A cabinet is added to this model for comfortable usage. This design permits the customer more secure testing by the polycarbonate glass.
