"Neckring and Circular Body Welder"

Technical Informations

This special welding machine is designed for automatic circular welding of neckring and the body of portable fire extinguishers (1kg to 12 kg).

The automatic Neckring and Circular Body Welder allows faster and safety welding by its special design. It enables to do uniform production and the machine prevents to occur leakages.

The welder is a kind of a double armed machine which has two stations. One for loading/ discharging and one for welding.

There is no need of skilled operators to weld the body or the neckring. The operator only needs to place the cylinder and push a button.

Daily production (8hr) capacity of the neckring welder is 3500 pcs / 6 kg. This quantity is changeable according to the lenght of the welding area.

Daily production (8hr) capacity of the cirular body welder is 1300 pcs / 6 kg. This quantity is changeable according to the lenght of the welding area.
